This FAQ explains Verjeti’s approach to limited releases, product drops, and scarcity to help customers understand our made-to-order and exclusive product strategy.

What is a Limited Release?

A Limited Release is any Verjeti product intentionally produced in small quantities, made-to-order, or offered for a defined time period. Products may be discontinued or modified at any time, making every Limited Release a limited edition.

When are Limited Release products available?

  • Scheduled Drops: Some products are released at specific dates and times.

  • Time-Limited Availability: Certain designs may only be purchasable for a short window.

  • Quantity-Limited Availability: Some products have maximum purchase limits per customer to ensure fair distribution.

How does Verjeti communicate Limited Releases?

  • Pre-Launch Teasers: Alerts via social media, newsletter, or SMS campaigns.

  • Launch Notifications: Announcements when products go live.

  • Post-Release Updates: Sold-out or low-stock notifications. Marketing language always emphasizes exclusivity, craftsmanship, and limited-edition status.

Can I cancel or change a Limited Release order?

No. All Verjeti products are made-to-order. Once production begins, changes, cancellations, or substitutions are not allowed.

Do Limited Release products get restocked?

Not always. Many designs are final editions and may never be reproduced. Customers should review size charts and product details carefully.

Do VIP customers get special access?

Yes. VIP or loyalty customers may receive exclusive early access to certain drops. Early access does not guarantee availability beyond stock limits, and all products remain limited edition.

What is the returns policy for Limited Release items?

Limited Release products follow Verjeti’s Made-to-Order Returns Policy:

  • Products are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Approved claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How does Verjeti track Limited Releases internally?

Each release is documented with:

Are there any legal considerations?
